CARRAGEENAN KB Type
Carrageenan
KB type is a compound powder specially used for manufacturing gummy candy. With little
amount, it makes Panocha temperature between freezing and infusion. It does not
stick to teeth and not influenced by season. Amount of usage is between 0.8% and
1.5%.
We produce three grades of carrageenan KB type. They can be divided as follows:
